Fixed
- Settings from the config form stick again: the bar no longer rewrites the whole settings file from a stale snapshot when updating Quick Launch order (that race wiped knobs right after Apply). Settings file I/O is locked, writes are atomic, and corrupt/empty settings are quarantined and recreated from defaults.
