Added
- Shared settingsmanager library owns the settings file for bar, config, and shell (load, save, backups, recovery).
- Settings has a Config backup & recover tab (backups, quarantine, restore defaults).
Changed
- Config Start options write the same keys Advanced uses; place checkboxes control the real Start menu list.
- Partial settings updates (Quick Launch order, update check timestamps, config Apply) use a single lock so two writers cannot overwrite each other.
- Win key, Ctrl+Esc, and Shift+Win always open the win711 Start menu while the bar is running. The old Win-key mode dropdown is removed; exit the bar to use the normal Windows Start menu.
Fixed
- Setup includes settingsmanager built with static CRT so it loads on machines without the Visual C++ redistributable (bar no longer fails at startup with "settingsmanager.dll is required").
