Fixed
- The bar no longer claims the Windows taskbar role before its own taskbar is on screen (avoids a dead stock taskbar and no win711 bar if startup is slow or stuck).
Changed
- With debug logging on, bar.log gets detailed startup steps for tray and task services (timings and checkpoints) so field hangs are easier to diagnose.
