Fixed
- Bar startup no longer hangs forever inside Windows tray COM when the classic toolbar scrape already found icons (skip ITrayNotify.RegisterCallback on that path).
Changed
- When the toolbar is empty (typical Win11), tray COM refresh runs with a short timeout and wait heartbeats so a stuck explorer call cannot block the bar.
- After a successful toolbar scrape, the bar does not call ITrayNotify again unless debug logging is on (optional deferred second pass for field diagnosis only).
- Critical tray bootstrap lines (skip, timeout, complete, icon counts, RegisterCallback ENTER/RETURN) always append to bar.log even when debug logging is off.
