- Taskbar rows, height, scale, and multi-row Quick Launch apply immediately from Settings without restarting the bar (AppBar size and work area update on Apply).
Changed
- Config backup / import / restore defaults also reloads the shell Start menu (same as Apply).
- Docs describe live Apply classes (hot / geometry / structure / process) in SETTINGS-APPLY.md.
