Fixed
- Multi-monitor: Start orb no longer flashes open then immediately closes. Dismiss arm is shared across all taskbars, and secondary bars ignore focus-loss auto-dismiss (primary and explicit clicks still close Start).
Changed
- Bar and shell Start logs identify which monitor/bar sent close or toggle, and shell pipe logs setPlacement / toggleStart / openStart / closeStart with wasOpen and menuOpen.
