Added
- Taskbar: drag files from Explorer onto a running task button to open them in that app (classic open-with).
- Taskbar: while dragging files, hovering a task button restores/foregrounds that window immediately; leaving or abandoning the drag re-minimizes only if we restored it (no force maximize).
- Quick Launch: drag files onto a pin to open them with that shortcut (no hover-raise).
