Added
- Taskbar: right-click empty bar → Auto-hide taskbar (checkable; saves settings, applies all monitors, pulses reload).
Fixed
- Taskbar: Auto-hide actually slides the bar off-screen (wired AutoHideElement); Start open keeps primary bar visible until the menu closes.
- Taskbar: Start opened with the Win key (or closed without the orb) now updates auto-hide — shell notifies the bar via startVisibility; bar also resyncs menuOpen when it starts.
- Settings: live reload retries when settings.json is briefly locked after config Apply (so toggles like auto-hide apply without restarting the bar).
