Fixed
- Taskbar: auto-hide residual edge stays hoverable when maximized desktop apps fill the screen (no longer buried under them); exclusive/borderless fullscreen can still cover the bar. Start open temporarily raises a buried bar.
Changed
- Taskbar: debug logging includes auto-hide AllowAutoHide transitions, mouse enter/leave on the strip, animate begin/complete, fullscreen bury reason (maximized/framed/exclusive-like), and session geometry when auto-hide turns on.
- Updates: dedicated update dialog with HTML release notes (UTF-8), Install now / Not now / Skip this version, and download progress in the same window (no Yes/No/Cancel MessageBox).
